The 54AC244 8-bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs is produced on a 1.5µm 5V CMOS process. The device features non-inverting outputs & x2 active-low output enables, suitable for driving clocks, memory addresses & other bus orientated systems.
Direct replacement for National (NSC) / Fairchild (FSC) 54AC244, Motorola (MOT) MC54AC244, RCA HARRIS 54AC244 & Texas Instruments (TI) SN54AC244 or CD54AC244.
