Bare Die Data Sheet: MM54C14


High voltage Hex Schmitt Trigger with typical 0.0005V/°C stability over temperature (VDD=10V). Hysteresis of 0.2 VDD is guaranteed. Outputs are both CMOS & LPTTL compatible. Inputs are diode clamped for ESD protection.
Direct replacement for National Semiconductor / Texas Instruments and Fairchild Semiconductor MM54C14, MM54C14J/883, MM54C14W/883 or 54C14. This device suits high reliability applications and is available in Bare Die or 14-lead ceramic DIP package.
