MM74C906 Data Sheet: Replaces MM74C906N

MM74C906 uses CMOS technology to achieve open-drain outputs & consists of 6 inverters driving 6 N-channel devices. The open-drain feature of the buffers enables level shifting or wire AND / wire OR functions by adding pull-up or pull-down resistors.
Replacement for National / TI, Fairchild/ON Semi MM74C906M, MM74C906M_NL, MM74C906MX, MM74C906MX_NL, MM74C906M_Q, MM74C906N, MM74C906N_NL, MM74C906N_Q, MM74C906J/NOPB, MM74C906 & 74C906. Available in Bare Die, 14-lead SOIC & 14-lead PDIP.
This replacement part is electrically identical and mechanically identical and will be a direct replacement for MM74C906N.
