N-Channel 20V (D-S), 0.23A Small-Signal MOSFET bare die
SiS20VN02 is the smallest MOSFET available in die form in the market. This bare die also features high reliability gold back metal, on resistance specified at 1.5V and ultra-low output capacitance.

  • Low ON threshold voltage: 0.5V
