Bare Die Data Sheet: SiS60A


The SiS60A 2.7V analog voltage output temperature sensor operates over -60 to 125°C range & is accurate to ±2°C. Featuring low-power operation, the device can be driven by logic outputs for simple implementation & minimal use of external components.
This device is a direct and improved replacement for the National (NSC) or Texas Instruments (TI) LM60, LM60B, LM60C and LMC60C MDA.
