Bare Die Data Sheet: LM317L


The LM317L high reliability 0.1A positive voltage regulator is equipped with internal limiting + thermal shutdown features for overload immunity. The die is optimised for small size & ease of use. Output voltage is set by x2 external resistors.
With the smallest bare die footprint in the industry by specification, this device is suited for hybrid & MCM designers who need high reliability, adjustable voltage and lower power. Directly replaces the National (TI) LM317L MDC or LM317L MDA.
