Bare Die Data Sheet: 54HCT153


The 54HCT153 is produced using a 2.5um 5V CMOS process and provides x2 4-Input Multiplexers. Each Multiplexer comprises an independant enable with common data select inputs.
The device directly replaces legacy National 54HCT153, MM54HCT153, Motorola MC54HCT153, RCA Harris 54HCT153 and Texas Instruments SN54HCT153, CD54HCT153.
