Bare Die Data Sheet: 54HC4060

14-stage Ripple-carry Counter/Divider & Oscillator with 3 oscillator terminals, 10 buffered parallel outputs & Reset. High-to-low clock input increments the counter. Reset is asynchronous & disables the oscillator for low standby power consumption.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild 54HC4060, National 54HC4060, Motorola 54HC4060 & Texas Instruments SN54HC4060, CD54HC4060. Designed to operate over the full military temperature range & is well suited for high reliability applications.
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Oscillator configuration allows either RC or crystal oscillator design
  • Input compatibilty with standard CMOS outputs and LSTTL outputs with use of pull-up resistors
  • Inputs protected against ESD and transient voltage
  • All inputs and outputs buffered
  • Speed of LSTTL with CMOS low power consumption
  • Output Drive Capability:  15 LSTTL loads
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 to 6.0V
