Bare Die Data Sheet: CD4053B


Digital Analog Switch with x3 control & x1 inhibit inputs. Control inputs select 1 of 2 channels in SPDT config. Inhibit input turns all channels off. Analog signals up to 18VP-P are converted to logic-level via digital amplitudes of 4.5V to 18V.
With logic-level converter & featuring low ON impedance with very low OFF leakage current, this bare die suits integration in hi-rel modules & has low power consumption. Replacement for TI CD4053B, National / Fairchild CD4053B or MOT MC14053B.
