Bare Die Data Sheet: 74HCT244


The 74HCT244 8-bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs is produced on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process. The device features non-inverting outputs & two active-low output enables, suitable for driving clocks, memory addresses & bus orientated systems.
The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild 74HCT244, Motorola MC74HCT244, RCA HARRIS 74HCT244 and Texas Instruments SN74HCT244, CD74HCT244.
