Bare Die Data Sheet: 54HCT244


The 54HCT244 8-bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs is produced on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process. The device features non-inverting outputs & two active-low output enables, suitable for driving clocks, memory addresses & bus orientated systems.
The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild 54HCT244, Motorola MC54HCT244, RCA HARRIS 54HCT244 and Texas Instruments SN54HCT244, CD54HCT244.
