Bare Die Data Sheet: LM135

The LM135 linear-output temperature sensor operates over a wide -55°C to 200°C temperature range and can be specifically calibrated for the application. The small size, low impedance and linear output of the device enables simple circuit integration.
This part directly replaces legacy National Semiconductor (NSC) / Texas Instruments (TI) LM135 MD8 OR LM135 MW8 and ST Micro LM135
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Temperature range: -55 to +200°C
  • 1.5% calibrated accuracy at 25°C
  • Single-point calibration for high precision
  • Operates from 400µA to 5mA
  • <1Ω dynamic impedance
  • Linear output
  • Small size for high integration
