4-channel CMOS / LVCMOS Digital Isolator eliminates current noise and provides up to 5kV RMS isolation per UL 1577.
Comprising two forward + two reverse isolated channels, each channel has a logic input & output buffer separated by an SiO2 insulation barrier. Bare Die form enables high integration & customization ideal for high reliability applications.
