Bare Die Data Sheet: SiS8017


Quad channel digital isolator comprised of two forward + two reverse isolated channels. Each channel has a logic input & output buffer separated by an SiO2 insulation barrier to provide up to 5000 VRMS isolation per UL 1577.
Digital isolators in bare die form permit smallest size and highest integration whilst enabling a customised implementation ideal for high reliability applications in defence, aerospace, industrial or high-temperature applications.
