Bare Die Data Sheet: SiS30SA1V


The SiS30SA1V is a forward voltage optimized schottky barrier diode suited for currents up to 100mA. At the physical limit of the silicon schottky process this product is intended for applications requiring the lowest possible forward voltage.
These bare die are metalized with Aluminium top side for wirebonding & Gold back side for solder attach for use in high integration or high reliability applications. Ultra-small die size suits applications requiring the smallest possible footprint.

    • 0.31V (Typ) @ 10mA
    • 0.40V (Typ) @ 35mA
    • 0.56V (Typ) @ 100mA
