Bare Die Data Sheet: SiS953


The SiS953 is a high current gain hold up 100V 5A PNP Bipolar Transistor supplied in bare die form and is well suited for pulsed power applications.
This bare die is an improved electrical and mechanical replacement for ZTX953 from Diodes Inc (formerly Zetex).

  • BVCEO > -100V
  • IC = -5A High Continuous Collector Current
  • ICM = -10A Peak Pulse Current
  • Low Saturation Voltage VCE(sat) < -105mV @ -1A
  • hFE Specified up to -10A for a High Gain Hold-up
  • Gold Back Metal For High Reliability Eutectic Die Attach
  • Complementary NPN Type: SiS853
