BC546B is a gain graded General Purpose NPN transistor suited for Switch and Amplifier applications. PNP complement is BC556B.
These high reliability transistors are suited for assembly on thick & thin-film hybrid circuits with high mechanical quality & Gold back metallization. Selected over multiple gain ranges & supplied in multiple hirel grade options.
