The 2N5010 is a general purpose high voltage 500V 0.2A NPN Bipolar Transistor supplied in bare die form.
This bare die is an improved electrical and mechanical direct replacement for Microsemi (MSC), Microchip (MCHP) or Semelab 2N5010, NXP PMBTA45 and is a superior replacement for industry standard MPSA44 / MPSA45.
