The 2N3767 is a 80 Volt 4 Amp NPN Bipolar Power Transistor designed for use in general purpose amplifier and switching applications.
This bare die is an electrical and mechanical replacement for the legacy Microsemi PPC (MSC, PPC) 2N3767 and also Semica or Solitron 2C3767.
Features:

  • Gain ranges specified at 50mA, 0.5A and 1A
  • Low VCE(sat) : 1V (max) at IC = 0.5A, IB = 50mA
