The 78L05AC is a rugged 5V fixed 3-terminal voltage regulator with 5% output voltage tolerance guaranteed. The device delivers 100mA of output current & is equipped with internal limiting + thermal shutdown features for overload immunity
Direct replacement for legacy Motorola MC78L05AC, MCW78L05A, National LM78L05A & Texas Instruments UA78L05A, UA78L05AC, UA78L05AI. This device operates over the full military temperature range & is well suited for use in high Hi-Rel applications.
