SiS4219A suits start-up conditions with high inrush current demand up to 1A. Output is set by x2 external resistors & enabled or shut down by CMOS/TTL signals. Low dropout voltage, low ground current & ultra-low noise parameters enable performance.
This bare die is an upgrade of the Micrel / Microchip MIC5219 featuring wider voltage range, higher output current, lower voltage dropout & lower ground current. On-chip enable / shutdown & rugged protection features further enhance this device.
