Low-noise, ultra-low dropout linear regulator with 2.5V-6V input & 500mA output current. The part delivers very low power consumption & integrates rugged protection features. Simple operation & small-size passive compatibility provide ease of use.
With very small die size this regulator suits applications needing low power lower voltage regulation and high integration. Designed to operate with microsize passives, the device presents a very small form factor.

  • Low dropout voltage:
    • 220mV (IOUT = 500mA)
    • 45mV (IOUT = 100mA)
  • Low noise (10Hz to 100kHz):
    • 60µVRMS (VOUT = 1V)
    • 194µVRMS (VOUT = 3.3V)
    • 305µVRMS (VOUT = 5V)
  • ±2% voltage accuracy at 500mA
  • Low Power: 250µA, VIN = 4.2V, IOUT = 500mA
  • Logic-controlled shutdown
