Bare Die Data Sheet: LM137HV

The LM137HV high reliability 1.5A adjustable voltage regulator is equipped with internal limiting + thermal shutdown for overload immunity. The die is optimised for wide voltage range and ease of use. Output voltage is set by x2 external resistors.
This device is suited for hybrid & MCM designers who need high reliability bare die with adjustable negative voltage regulation and high input voltage. This bare die directly replaces the National (TI) LM137HV, LM137HVK, LM137HVKG MD8 or MW8.
