Bare Die Data Sheet: LM137

The LM137 high reliability 1.5A adjustable voltage regulator is equipped with internal limiting + thermal shutdown for overload immunity. The die is optimised for rugged performance & ease of use. Output voltage is set by x2 external resistors.
This device is suited for hybrid & MCM designers who need high reliability bare die with adjustable negative voltage regulation. This bare die directly replaces the National (TI) LM137K, LM137KG, LM137K MD8, LM137KG MW8 and LM337K / LM337KG.
