The 7812 12-Volt positive regulator delivers up to 1.5A output current & is ruggedized with internal current limiting, thermal shut-down & safe area protection. No external components are needed other than to enhance performance & design flexibility
Suiting hybrid & MCM designers needing high reliability with fixed 12V positivevoltage regulation. This bare die directly replaces National (TI) LM7812, Texas Instruments UA7812 & Motorola (MOT) or ON Semi MC7812 or MCC7812.
