Bare Die Data Sheet: SiS33035


Three or four phase open-loop DC motor control system including speed, forward or reverse direction, run enable & dynamic braking. Designed for brushless motor sensor phasing of 60°/300° or 120°/240° and high reliability control of brushed motors.
This feature packed DC Motor Controller IC delivers high integration, efficiency & reliability to drive brushless and brushed motors (via external H-bridge). The device directly replaces the legacy MC33035 produced by Motorola (MOT) or ON Semi (ON).

  • 10 to 30V operation
  • Undervoltage lockout
  • Fully accessible Error Amplifier for closed loop Servo applications
  • Cycle-by-cycle current limiting
  • Pinned-out Current-Sense Reference
  • Internal thermal shutdown
  • Selectable 60°/300° or 120°/240° sensor phasings
  • Can efficiently control brushed DC Motors with external MOSFET H-Bridge
  • Wide temperature range.
