Bare Die Data Sheet: SiS7660


The SiS7660 converts a +1.5V to +10V supply into a corresponding -1.5V to -10V output and requires only x2 capacitors for charge-pump & charge-reservoir function. The part also provides the ability to double, divide, or multiply input voltages.
This CMOS voltage converter bare die suits hybrid & MCM design requirements for high reliability, high integration & stability at temperature. The part is a direct replacement for Intersil ICL7660 or Maxim MAX7660.
