Bare Die Data Sheet: 74HC4046


The 74HC4046A Phase-Locked-Loop contains a low power linear voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and three different phase comparators with a common signal input amplifier and a common comparator input.
The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild 74HC4046, Motorola MC74HC4046, RCA HARRIS 74HC4046 and Texas Instruments SN74HC4046, CD74HC4046.
