Bare Die Data Sheet: CD4070B


CD4070B provides direct implementation of the Exclusive-OR function. The device has equal source & sink current capability and conforms to standard B series output drive. Buffered outputs improve transfer characteristics by providing very high gain.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild CD4070B, National CD4070B, Motorola MC14070B & Texas Instruments CD4070BH. This device operates over the full military temperature range & is well suited for high reliability applications.
