Bare Die Data Sheet: 74HC86


The 74HC86 Quad Exclusive OR Gate is made on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process. Inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs & LSTTL outputs via pull-up resistors. The device performs Boolean functions Y = A⊕B = A\B + AB\ in positive logic.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild 74HC86, National 74HC86, Motorola 74HC86 & Texas Instruments SN74HC86, CD74HC86.
