The 54HCT86 Quad Exclusive OR Gate is made on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process. Device inputs directly accept standard CMOS outputs & LSTTL outputs. The device performs Boolean functions Y = A⊕B = A\B + AB\ in positive logic.
Direct replacement for Fairchild 54HCT86, National 54HCT86, Motorola 54HCT86 & Texas Instruments (TI) or Harris SN54HCT86, CD54HCT86. Designed to operate over the full military temperature range & well suited for high reliability applications.
