The 54ALS86 is fabricated on an advanced 1.5µm 40V Bipolar process, contains four independent gates and performs Boolean functions Y = A⊕B = A\B + AB\ in positive logic.
Direct replacement for legacy Philips or NXP 54ALS86 & Texas Instruments SN54ALS86, 54ALS86.
