54HCT00 provides x4 independent 2-input NAND gates performing the Boolean function Y = (A • B)\ or Y = A\ + B\. Inputs directly accept TTL and standard CMOS. Outputs are buffered for noise immunity + stability.
The device directly replaces legacy National 54HCT00, Motorola 54HCT00, RCA HARRIS 54HCT00 and Texas Instruments SN54HCT00, CD54HCT00.
