Bare Die Data Sheet: 54HC03


Fabricated in 2.5µm 5V CMOS, 54HC03 comprises 3 stages with buffered output for high noise immunity & stability. With an external pull-up resistor the device can be used in wired AND config. The device also finds use in current sink applications.
The device directly replaces legacy National 54HC03, Motorola 54HC03, RCA Harris 54HC03 and Texas Instruments SN54HC03, CD54HC03.
