Bare Die Data Sheet: 54ALS51


The 54ALS51 is fabricated using using a 2µm 40V Bipolar process. The device consists of two independent gate combinations which perform the logic AND-OR-INVERT function and are structured as 2-wide 3-input gates and 2-wide 2-input gates.
The device directly replaces legacy Texas Instruments (TI) 54LS51, SN54LS51 and legacy SN54S51, 54S51 or 5451 produced by National Semiconductor (NSC), TI or Fairchild (FSC).
