Bare Die Data Sheet: 54ACT08


The 54ACT08 Quad 2-Input AND Gate is made on a 1.5µm 5V CMOS process. The device provides provides four independent 2-input AND gates with standard push-pull outputs which perform the Boolean function: Y = A • B or Y = (A\+ B\)\.
The device directly replaces legacy Motorola MC54ACT08, Harris / RCA / ST Micro 54ACT08 and Texas Instruments SN54ACT08, CD54ACT08.
