Bare Die Data Sheet: 74LV04

The 74LV04 Hex Inverter consists of x6 buffered independent gates perfoming Boolean function Y= Ā in positive logic. Optimised for low voltage operation, inputs are compatible with CMOS & also accept TTL directly at supply between 2.7 to 3.6V
This device is optimized for low voltage operation and interfaces both low voltage CMOS and TTL. The device is a direct replacement for the 74LV04 produced by Philips / NXP / Nexperia and Texas Instruments
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Specified at 1.2V for low voltage operation
  • Wide supply voltage range
  • Output Drive Capability: 10 LSTTL Loads
  • Inputs Directly interface TTL (VCC = 2.7 to 3.6V)
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Low Input Current: 1µA
  • Direct drop-in replacement for obsolete components in long term programs
  • Function compatible with 74HC04
