Bare Die Data Sheet: 74HC240


The 74HC240 is an 8-Bit 3-State Inverting Buffer/Line Driver/Line Receiver. The device features inverting outputs & two active-low output enables, suitable for driving clocks, memory addresses & other bus orientated systems.
The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild 74HC240, Motorola MC74HC240, RCA HARRIS 74HC240 and Texas Instruments SN74HC240, CD74HC240. For non-inverting output version see 74HC244.
