Bare Die Data Sheet: 74AC14

The 74AC14 Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter is produced on a 1.5µm 5V CMOS process. The device performs Boolean function Y=/A in positive logic. The Schmitt-Trigger hysteresis voltage “squares up” slow input rise & fall times in noisy environments.
The device directly replaces legacy Texas Instruments (TI) CD74AC14 or SN74AC14, MM74AC14 produced by National Semiconductor (NSC) or Fairchild (FCH) and MC74AC14 produced by Motorola (MOT) or ON Semi (ON).
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Outputs Sink/Source 24mA
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Low Input Current: 1µA
  • Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 to 6.0V
  • Direct drop-in replacement for obsolete components in long term programs
  • Upgrade for 74HC14
