Bare Die Data Sheet: 54HC14

The 54HC14 Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter is produced on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process. The device performs Boolean function Y=Ā in positive logic. The Schmitt-Trigger hysteresis voltage “squares up” slow input rise & fall times in noisy environments.
The device is designed to operate over the full military temperature range & issuited for high reliability applications. The device directly replaces legacy Fairchild 54HC14, National 54HC14, Motorola 54HC14 and Texas Instruments SN54HC14, CD54HC14.
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Speed of LSTTL with CMOS low power consumption
  • Output Drive Capability:  10 LSTTL loads
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 to 6.0V
  • Low Input Current:  1.0µA
