Bare Die Data Sheet: 54ACT05

54ACT05 consists of x6 independent inverters with open-drain outputs which can connect with other open-drain outputs to form active LOW wired-OR or active HIGH wired-AND logic functions. Open drain outputs need pullup resistors to perform correctly.
The device directly replaces legacy Motorola (MOT) MC54ACT05, RCA HARRIS CD54ACT05 and Texas Instruments (TI) CD54ACT05. See 74ACT04 for equivalent version without open-drain outputs.
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Propagation delay:  10.8ns Max
  • Outputs Source/Sink 24mA
  • Inputs directly accept LSTTL
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Low Input Current:  1.0µA
  • Lower power alternative to bipolar logic
  • Full military temperature range
