Bare Die Data Sheet: 54AC05

54AC05 consists of x6 independent inverters with open-drain outputs which can connect with other open-drain outputs to form active LOW wired-OR or active HIGH wired-AND logic functions. Open drain outputs need pullup resistors to perform correctly.
The device directly replaces legacy Motorola (MOT) MC54AC05, RCA HARRIS CD54AC05 and Texas Instruments (TI) CD54AC05.
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Performs the Boolean function: Y = Ā
  • Outputs Source/Sink 24 mA
  • Outputs Directly Interface to CMOS, NMOS, and TTL
  • Low Input Current: 1µA
  • Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 to 6.0V
  • Direct drop-in replacement for obsolete components in long term programs
  • Military temperature range
  • Function compatible with 54HC05
