3V precision x2 terminal shunt mode bandgap voltage reference with initial 0.5% accuracy, 15ppm/°C temp coefficient & 47µA to 25mA shunt current capability. Suits space-critical or hi-rel applications & requires no external stabilizing capacitor
This bare die is suited for hybrid & MCM designers needing high reliability, high integration & stability at temperature. Directly replaces the National or Texas Instruments (TI) LM4040CI-3.0, LM4040C30I, LM4040CE-3.0 and LM4040C30Q
