Bare Die Data Sheet: LM393

Wide supply voltage dual comparator operating on single/split supply. Single supply produces a common mode range-to-ground. Split supply current drain is independent of voltage for lower power. Interfaces TTL,CMOS & MOS(in split supply config).
Direct replacement for legacy Motorola, Fairchild, National,ON, Philips,NXP, ST Micro LM393 series and Texas Instruments LM393 MDC. This bare die offers small size & is well suited for high integration cost sensitive commercial applications.
Features:
** END OF LIFE ** NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN
  • Single-Supply range:  2-36V
  • Split–Supply range:  ±1.0V to ±18V
  • Very low supply current independent of supply voltage(1 mW/comparator at +5V)
  • Low current drain
  • Llow Input Offset Current
  • Low input offset voltage
  • TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
