Bare Die Data Sheet: SiS3045


The SiS3045 is a five NPN transistor array on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the transistors are connected to form a differential pair. The device is suitable for use in the DC to VHF range & benefits from tight electrical & thermal matching.
SiS3045 is a direct electrical equivalent & mechanical replacement for obsolete Intersil CA3045 & National Semiconductor LM3045. Suited for use in differential & temperature compensated amplifiers or as discrete transistors in conventional circuits.
