The MURC160 is a 600V 1A ultra-fast rectifier suitable for use in general purpose rectification applications such as switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), inverters, converters or also operation as free wheeling diodes.
This bare die replaces the legacy Motorola (MOT) or ON Semiconductor (ON) MUR160 and MURC160 and offers reduced footprint size for maximum compatibility and higher density. Fast leadtime and stock available.

  • Ultra-fast 50 nanosecond typical recovery time (IF = 0.5A, IR = 1.0A, IREC = 0.25A)
  • 175°C operating junction temperature
  • Low forward voltage drop: 1.25V maximum at 25°C
  • Low leakage current: 1µA maximum at 25°C
  • High forward surge capability
  • Reverse voltage: 600V
