Bare Die Data Sheet: MURC1530

The MURC1530 is a 300V 15A ultra-fast rectifier suitable for use in general purpose rectification applications such as switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), inverters, converters and also operating as free wheeling diodes.
Best in class direct replacement for legacy Motorola MUR1530 (MOT) and ON Semiconductor (ON) or Sensitron MURC1530. Automatically fits all legacy and current footprints due to equal to or less than die size.
Features:
  • Ultra-fast 50 nanosecond typical recovery time (IF = 0.5A, IR = 1.0A, IREC = 0.25A)
  • 175°C operating junction temperature
  • Low forward voltage drop: 1.3V maximum at 25°C
  • Low leakage current: 10µA maximum at 25°C
  • High forward surge capability
  • Reverse voltage: 300V
