Bare Die Data Sheet: 1N5804


The 1N5804 high efficiency Power Rectifier in bare die form enables circuit design of high current, high frequency supplies to 500kHz with very low diode losses. High forward surge capability makes these devices useful in protective circuits.
Replacement or equivalent for Microsemi (MSC), CDI CD5804 and Aeroflex / Macom / Cobham 1N5804 or Sensitron 1C5804. Grades H & K are alternatives to JANHC1N5804, JANKC1N5804. MIL-PRF-19500 equivalent flow can also be requested.
