The 1N4001 is a 50V 1A rectifier suitable for small-size, low power general purpose rectification applications.
Replacement for legacy 1N4001 or 1C4001 manufacturers such as Motorola (MOT), Sussex Semi, Microsemi (MSC), ON Semi or Sensitron. The die size is optimized to ensure maximum compatibility, Au metal available on request.
