30 Volt 0.5W / Half-Watt high precision 1% tolerance zener diode with reverse leakage current characterized at 125°C
This high reliability 30V zener bare die offers sharp reverse characteristics, low reverse leakage currents & very high stability. The die backside is metalized with gold for high quality die attach using either conductive epoxy or Au eutectic.
