Half Watt general purpose zener diode with zener voltage regulation and noise specified
This high reliability 3 Volt zener bare die offers sharp reverse characteristics and low reverse leakage currents. Specified for zener voltage regulation and noise, the part is a direct replacement for CDI, Microsemi or Microchip CD6311.
